A Bartender Meets Super Hero Zack Snyder

A bartender may not be the first person to think of when it comes to a super hero movie, but Zack Snyder has a big enough fan base to make up for it. He helmed the aforementioned slew of comic book films – Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad – and the director’s cut of Justice League is still in the works.

The “Justice League” movie boasts a relatively small cast, but that doesn’t mean it’s lackluster. The film features an impressive assortment of semi-obscure comic book references. For instance, the movie has references to the Aquaman movie, the Aquaman costume and the Martian Manhunter, among others.

One of the movie’s most notable aspects is the fact that it was directed by Joss Whedon, who reshaped the original script in the process. His reshoots helped resurrect the project after Warner Bros. Pictures Group decided to overhaul its studio. That means fans haven’t seen the last of the movie yet, but they can look forward to a theatrical release in the fall of this year.

One of the perks of being a movie buff is having access to the extended cut. Fans have been demanding it for three years now, and the studio agreed to oblige. This film is the result of a lot of hard work and a lot of money, so it’s no surprise that fans want to see what they paid for.
