When I was in the mood to try something different and a new kind of mixed drink, I tried out a bartender kit in Mexico. It wasn’t something that I had ever tried before, but after my research on the internet I knew that it would probably be a good experience for me. Now, I am a bit disappointed that I bought it because it does not come with all the extras that I wanted or needed. There are some things that you need with any type of barbeque kit like tongs, spatula, corkscrew, measuring spoon, a glass and even an umbrella.
For me, I only purchased the tongs, but that is not a problem because I can use them for other purposes as well. I bought the umbrella so that it would be easy to carry my beer and spice mix on the go. With the large bottle of Mexican beer that I have, it would take two hands to keep it all in one glass of the beer. However, if I had been using a regular beer bottle it would be impossible for me to carry it. The beer would just spill everywhere. The bartender kit that I purchased did not come with a corkscrew, which is also an important tool when you are making mixtures with spirits.
With the large assortment of tools that are included with every bartender kit, I can make nearly any kind of cocktail. Besides just pouring beer into glasses, I will also be able to garnish them and make neat labels with the labels I get. All of these extras make this a fun thing to do. I am already planning on taking some friends with me next time I go to Mexico.
